Csc delays is something else. This means they won't be done with may filers this month? If this run up to april that's 6months! This hilarious. Am a june filer  I guess i will be filing N400 very soon. Nothing looks promising for us at all!!!

I assume that by the end of April they will be done completely with the May fillers. They don't have an order in processing these applications. Happened the same when I filled for K1 visa, so I am kind of used with it. Sort of...

I am hoping tho that filling for citizenship will speed up the response for I751...

I am still getting this message:

On May 5, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number **********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 4, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

VSC states that they are processing cases as of 2/15/16 although that was last updated March 3/14/17.

You'll probably get that message until they send your new card. Sometimes not even then. They're not good at updates!

Just called USCIS and yes they do give the tracking #. Called CS and was transferred to immigration officer who will then give you the tracking #. Good luck!

I just get my RFE today asking for more evidence of good faith marriage. It was a let down since I was super excited to see USCIS mail, thought I have my gc already.

Anyways, I am gathering more legit evidence to send in as deed, health, vehicle  insurance.. also all type of pill and trip receipts.

How long more will it be guys? I am at 10th month now.

Applied for Naturalization based on 3-years Residency

Jul.  5     Sent out N-400

Jul. 13    Check cashed

Aug. 3     Bio App

Aug. 28   In Line for Interview

Sept. 24  Receive Interview appointment letter

Oct. 25    Interview date

Is it a divorce waiver case ?

Receiving RFE after 10 months is really frustrating. But at least you saw some activity on your case. I am May 23, and everything is radio silent.

Did you also include joint bank statements for the length of your marriage so far? Affidavits from friends that have known you for the length of your relationship?
