Case complete on 26 May!!! Scan date 26 April!! I am so done with this nerve wrecking stage.... yahoo!!

And for anybody wondering if people are actually working on our case during night time......... YES they are! My case was approved 10PM est time.

Probably not. The norm is in the 30 to 40 days.maybe next week.

Honestly i dont know what is better. But as far as i remember i sent 1040 and W2.

We are using a joint sponsor and I can not decied what to do. Also I see your scan date was May 9th hopefully you get cc soon.

Thanks alot. We used joint sponsor too. though my joint sponsor file taxes jointly with his wife. So I sent 1040 and W2.

Well transcripts have everything included and its proof you filed. No it doesn't cost anything. Takes about a week to get in mail once you order it online.

But either or just with tax forms you have to send everything and the W2.

Correct. Letter of employment and paystubs are optional. It's up to you.

We only sent tax transcripts and w2.... The NVC page says that transcripts are enough as long as the sponsor makes above the poverty level....

I am sad! I just calles NVC and they told me that I have to wait 6 weeks before I can know if my case is Complete or checklist. Today is my 28 days.....my scan date is April 29, 2016

The w2 is something gotten from the employer if I am not wrong..... It is used to file for taxes... The cover sheet you can get it on the CEAC that has to go in the AOS and IV package... It is available after you pay the fees... The IRS is from where your wife can get the transcripts....
