What Papers Do not Need to Be Taken on Flight Out?

So now with all the papers my fiancee has before her flight in the next two weeks, we are trying to find what she needs to take on board, check in with luggage, and what can be destroyed.

Now the way I see it, whatever I can not reproduce (emails, Skype logs) can be destroyed (to save weight for her, although I could recycle it in my printer as scrap paper). Anything with our signatures, or social papers, Luke's medical papers, or something of the sort, she should be taking her to be filed in my cabinet. Other stuff, like the "yellow packet 3" she needs to take on board. What about receipts that were copied and sent for 129F, and originals to her?

Can anyone advise what she needs to take on board to enter America, via Tokyo, what definitely needs to be packed in her suitcase, and what can be left behind and destroyed?

She should also use her remaining 2 weeks to get at least one copy (preferably more) of important documents that would be expensive, difficult, time-consuming, or impossible to get from afar: birth certificate, school records, medical & dental records, divorce record if applicable, child's birth certificate if applicable, and anything else that you can think of.

People with more time should earn their driver's license, or renew their existing one for the longest period possible. Those who haven't yet been granted their visa should renew their passport for the longest period possible.

Yes, I have all those copied here. Just not sure what immigration would want to see from her along with the basics (passport, yellow package, and holding onto other important papers).
