Does any1 know how it takes to USCIS or FBI to come back with the results of the Biometrics????

It can take 8 - 16 weeks for the FBI results to come back to USCIS depending on how busy the FBI is.

Just wanted to ask, since I've been here for almost 3 years, I really want to change the name in my passport from my maiden name to my married name. Is it wise to do this while I'm still waiting for USCIS to respond? I don't think they're looking to see my passport, just evidence of a relationship, but just wanted to make sure. Also, does anybody know which places in the USA take photos that are the correct size for UK passport requirements?

Walgreens had a hard time doing Australian format, you'd probably be better off going to a proper photo shop

I personally went to a photo shop and asked them if they could do the UK passport photo sizing and they did it for me. Hope this helps!

Sukie is right may be late October early November before the first of the early April 2016 filers will start to hear anything.

Hang in there not much longer. Maybe in the meantime start the research on your N-400 process?

USCIS case processing time not updated and my personal case status hasn't changed.
