I just got my invoice and case number too but I can't log into the payment site either.

We all got the same error message. Did anyone ask them how soon will the email be sent?

Can somebody tell me what is the bar coded cover sheet that needs to be attached with the AOS and IV packages and where can I get it

its usually available in the CEAC payment portal. Once you pay a cover sheet becomes available for both AOS and IV. In addition to those cover sheets, include the Document Cover sheet that came attached to the Welcome Letter.

I'm getting impatient now. but haven't called NVC yet. I've seen 3 people with SD March 14th same as me have their cc for the past couple days

Called NVC and they said I can't login yet because nothing is available to submit. I have to wait until I receive an email from them!

We all got the same error, did anyone ask how soon we Will get the email?

I've attached a screenshot how that issue is explained in CEAC.

NVC told me that no extra cover sheets are required by the way. But of course you're free to add those as others have already said :-)

You can always call. lately, it's been an average of 30 days for them to review documents. No harm in calling.

Hey folks I need some advice/help:

I am preparing our paperwork for the NVC and I seem to be questioning myself with regard to the documents to send, specifically my long form birth certificate. I assumed my spouses last name and this changed all my documentation (passport, drivers license, health card, social insurance number, taxes, etc.) except for my birth certificate. You have to do a legal name change to have your birth certificate changed, however in Canada and the USA you are able to assume your spouses last name versus doing a full legal name change. So my question is...am I fine keeping with the assumption of my spouses last name and submitting my birth certificate as is?

You'll be fine with your maiden name. Your marriage certificate (if you were married either in Canada or the US) should indicate your maiden and newly assumed name.
