Finally, I already have a status online for my I-485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview". Is there any chance that they might waive my interview?

For my EAD & AP - still no status online.

Congratulations. My case is ready to be scheduled for interview as well. It's the first time I can view my receipt number online and that is what I saw.

AOS Journey

4/16/16 - AOS, EAD and AP package sent

4/18/16 - Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

4/26/16 - 4 text messages and emails received with receipt numbers

4/29/16 - 4 NOA hard copies received

5/14/16 - Biometrics appointment letter received for May 26, 2016

5/16/16 - Early walk-in biometrics

5/30/16 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

7/12/16 - AP & EAD Approved.

Just received my Green Card today We didn't get called into an interview! My card is valid for 10 year though.... That has to be a mistake, right?

My applications were received on March 28 so technically I'm on day 65 today if you count from that day, I'll be calling in 10 days if I haven't heard anything in regards to my EAD by then.

They've had my RFE response for 14 days now and no updates on any of my applications :clock:

08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

Ok. Well, I guess I'll wait a few days as well. :clock: It's strange though. Seems like everything takes so long now.. (Not that I had everything going fast before.. :D )

We have a very similar timeline. I haven't heard anything either since they received my RFIE response...

Hi all,

My I-485 now shows the the case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. The receipt numbers for the EAD and AP still show no results/not found. Fingers crossed that things move along smoothly!

Hi All! I just got off the phone with USCIS. Day 41 and still no Biometrics Appointment Letter. Tier 2 rep. submitted a service request, I should hear back from my ASC within 15 days. I'm not stressing anymore over this, but I need to admit that I'm completely upset :(

Fingers crossed for you... Hopefully you'll get something in the mail next week... I know how frustrating it can get going that long without hearing anything (I was day 40)

I asked to be transferred to a tier 2 officer... Some people happily transfer you some people tell you it's pointless but tier 2 can tell you a little bit more information than the people who answer the phone at the start

Like things can't be more slower, that we hit another bump the RFE and now a new problem... My apartment lease gets over in the next couple of weeks and if that wasn't bad enough my housing community decided to hike the rent...So now we would have to find a new place. Has anyone tried changing their address, how full proof is it. Does it change in the system quick enough. I have had one bad experience with USCIS where they sent my EAD during my F1 student visa to my old address putting me behind by 12 months. What should be a full proof way to get through this, nothing is really full proof with them but yeah..

25th March'2016- Sent out the application via UPS to Chicago.

29th March'2016- Package received. (day1)

4th April'2016- Received 4 Text SMSs and 4 E-mails from the USCIS notifying my case has been received and routed to National Benefits Center for Processing. (day 6)

5th April'2016- Checks have been cashed. (day 7)

7th April'2016- NOA received in mail . (day 9)

2nd May'2016- Received Biometric Appointment Letter(day 33)

5th May'2016- Walked In 8;30am for early Biometric Appointment( In and out in 12 minutes)(day 36)

12th May'2016- Biometric Appointment Schedule

24th May'2016- Received RFE for Form I864( Tax Returns, Pay Stubs)(day 55)

26th May'2016- Sent out the evidence for RFE (day 57)

1st June'2016- Received notification that the RFE package was received. Case status website updated (day 56)

2nd June'2016- Put in a request for Change in Address for all the 4 applications. Received Confirmation mail the same day(day 57)

6th June'2016- Address change request was completed.(day 61)

11th June'2016- Letter of Address change confirmation was received. (day 66)

23rd June'2016- Called USCIS asked to spoke a Tier 2 officer was called back on the third attempt after 8 hours and spoke about confirmation of address change. (day 78)

24th June'2016- Status change for EAD only "New Card is being produced" (day 79)

29th June'2016- Card was mailed to me at the mentioned date(day 84)

2nd July'2016- Card received in mail (day 87)

9th August'2016- Interview scheduled for September 13th(day 125)

16th August'2016- Interview cancelled.(day 132)

13th September'2016- Attended the interview and was told my file wasn't available at the local office. (Day 163 )

29th October'2016- Rescheduled the interview for December 1st. (Day 209)

1st December'2016- Judgement Day RELOADED!(Day241)

2nd December'2016- New card is being produced!(Day 242)

6th December'2016- STATUS CHANGED TO NEW CARD HAS BEEN MAILED. (Day 246)

8th December'2016- Received USPS tracking code to track my GC. Scheduled for delivery on 14th December'16.

I'm so sorry to hear this :( I really don't understand some of these delays when you would think at least THAT would be consistent when you compare our cases. I hope you hear something soon!!

Yea... :( I can't believe we haven't at least gotten an update on our cases that they at least received the requested information. They're so bad at updating our cases and that just adds more stress!

They received it on May 6th. I didn't get they text/email notification saying they received until May 12th. Since then nothing...

NOA Date was April 25 but no biometrics letter yet and case status says not valid.. Anyone in same situation?

I got my NOA in the mail on April 29th (dated 27th) I got my biometric letter in last week... Once it reaches 30days which it has already call them they will submit a review on it
