yesterday I went to the gym to walk a little with my wife, we took a soccer ball to kick it while walking, well, after a couple of years of not practicing soccer lol, I decided to become Presidente Maradona and try to reach a high ball with my right foot.. well.. my left knee wasn't very happy 'bout that, and got a strain and a sprain...

I was scared cuz years ago i went under surgery cuz I messed my meniscus in my right knee, and I start a new job in 2 weeks! so I was like omg! I went to the doc/chyro and told me it wasn't meniscus or ripping of ligament.. so I was like pheww.. but I got a pretty bad ligament sprain and a hamstring strain (or is it the other way? anyway)... yea.. I got a think leg, so my hamstring is not a petite size lol..

he told me that I should be well by 2 weeks.. but right now I can't go to work (and it's my last 2 weeks at the store! so my boss is kinda mad that is my last 2 weeks, and now I'm injured).. sigh.. lots of therapy this and next week..

I hope that by "PT" you don't mean PT Cruiser! :)

Dude, remember to sue the manufacturer of the ball or the company that laid the sidewalk or the person or business or city that owns the land on which you got hurt. Well, just talk to some lawyer to figure out who and/or what to sue. Bottom line: You're in America and you got hurt; hence, somebody or something must be sued.

Do not take the short cut with pysical therapy even if you feel better! Listen to your knee, it knows better!

And meanwhile you can continue in Maradona's footsteps and start your own TV talk show.
