Joint checkings/savings account

(Statement 2years cover)

Joint tax return (2014) (2015 in process)

Joint car insurance 2015

Health insurance card (me, daughter and husband)

Joint phone statement 2014-2016) bill (2016)

daughetr's birth certificate

Daughter's baptismal record

Passport copy and stamp (me, daughter, husband) traveling to philippines

Copy of hotel and plane ticket

Copy of rent agreement 2014-recent (both name on it)

Retirement copy (I'm the benificiary)

Photos (2013-2016)

Looks good to me! Just my opinion, I would only offer the last 3 months of statements: bank, etc...

Don't "overload" your petition as to where, if needed, the USCIS can nit pick and look for in-discrepancies...

They want to see evidence THROUGHOUT the two years since POE. Bank statements (all statements you send, like telephone, utilities) should be representative of the whole two years. If you don't send all of them, at least send one per quarter. You will risk an RFE if you just send the last three months!!!!!

You have a child - so add wills and medical powers of attorney.

I would have added 2013 tax transcripts to show 2 years worth ..... photos and hotel/flight tickets are not required or needed at this stage of the game...They are looking for co-mingling finances like bank statements, tax returns, rental/mortgage agreement etc....Apart from that its looking VERY good.
