Is your case in Vermont Service Center? What's your receipt number like? Can you provide the first several digits? I am worried now because I have not received USCIS NOA for more than a month since favorable recommendation.

It's in vermont and it starts with the letters EAC.

You might wanna call the USCIS and ask them to look up your i-612 application using your last, first name & DOB.

I called USCIS for more than 5 times since last week and their response is "no case related to my name"......

They told me the same 1 day before I received the NOA in the mail. I don't know what is wrong with their system. I even spoke to a tier 2 officer without luck. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do now except to keep calling them and insisting to be given a case number. Let them know that you are outside the 30 days.

Also, you might want to contact the DOS waiver office to make sure that they sent your case to the USCIS.

Yep. Will USCIS send mails to your current address or the mailing address?

I myself even did not receive the receipt notice from USCIS. Desperately anxious...Does your online case status indicate form I 612 is filed?

Yes, it says I612 was received by USCIS and a receipt has been dispatched describing how the case will be processed. Some cases of I612 have been approved yesterday and on January 6. Yes, even I am anxious to know what is happening.

Are you based on No Objection Statement? Is the receipt notice mailed to your current address or the mailing address?
