Just looked at the I-864A part 5 and getting a checklist for that is really harsh! They should NOT have made the form so that people can type the name, if they didn't want people to type it. Doesn't make sense. Sorry Carolrp825.

I know! I understand the proof of relationship to the household member, but the I864A correction was ridiculous. I've seen some people that had checklist corrections processed quickly and they are giving me hope right now.

Congratulations. I have added you to the spreadsheet.

How to get interview depends. April scheduling should start hopefully end of this ween or next week. Hopefully you will get a slot

Case Complete email comes 7 day after your case complete . You say it was yesterday so expect it in your email next Monday.

Thank you so much. So finally called, and my interview date is on April 28th, so basically 65 days from CC. That is absolutely insane judging from the fact that, there seems to be not a whole lot of activity here, but I guess one can never be entirely too sure.

Anyways, the good news is we are in no rush. We had targeted for June travel dates, only because we wanted to not have a lot of expectations. We have been through this process since Sept of 2014 and honestly it would have been a lot quicker, had we not been slacking :/

Now onto the next process. I wish everyone best of luck.

ps: I am thinking the next steps of instructions will be coming with the CC Email i.e. Medical, What to bring to the interview etc. etc.

Yaay got my Police Clearance Certificate done today. They stamped my passport on the spot and gave me the certificate from the passport office ? Ready for NVC now! ??

Which area did u get your pcc from in india .My husband got it from the baroda office. But he says he doesnt remember them putting a stamp .But he said he will check. Is the stamp nessecary?

They stamped the papers though.

They stamped the papers though.

I got it from Kolkata. I think i read somewhere the passport should be stamped but not sure. I read alot of posts in google saying they take the passports and then after weeks they get it stamped and it's necessary for immigration purpose. Someone on here maybe will have ideas who have gone through this process already!

Just wondering if i should start calling NVC about the Case Number and IIN. Our NOA 2 date is feb 5th and the e-notification said they sent it to NVC on the 17th. Does it make sense to call already or is it too early?
