Hi guys, I sent my I-751 forms with the evidence on 14/01/16 via certified mail, I have been checking the tracking and it stated that it was to be delivered Saturday 16th but the tracking is stuck on the 15th at USPS destination facility 05425, the destination is Vermont btw, should I be worried or is this normal? My 2 year green card runs out on February 21st, Thank you

Hi Lioness, I have not contacted them yet, to be honest as its a PO Box number I am assuming that there would be nobody there to sign for it, we did ask at the post office but they where less than helpful & forthcoming

certified mail? requiring signature? to a PO BOX ?

It's ok - wait a bit,

as

the uscis mail room guy that handles the signing of the slips goes in 1 to 2 times each week, to that usps postal center, and signs the slips and takes the mail back to the uscis mail room. Until he shows up? That packet sits in the usps postal center, awaiting his arrival to sign the slip.

I am a fan of priority mail without signature but with tracking. buy the postage online with usps.com and there's a discount plus free tracking.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

certified mail should be sent to street address / doing it by PO box requires them to put a notice in the po box for someone to come in and pick it up / delays the process

you may be stuck in transit for the weather
