The latest non-expedited approval I have seen for Nebraska is December 21. It's getting closer!

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

My minor stepdaughter's I-130 was approved on 4/5/16 out of the Potomac office. Initial NOA1 was January 13th. Potomac is moving quickly!

Petition sent and filed: 01/19/2016

Petition received at Potomac Serv. Ctr. 01/21/2016

Petition approved and in action to be sent to NVC or DoS 04/18/2016

(I did call USCIS to add to my file that i gave birth since i filed while pregnant so idk if that helped to get my file opened quicker)

Now I'm waiting for paper mail since this was sent to me by email.

I have Absolutely no clue how to go about next and im freaking out!! Literally!

[Day 36 ] November 9 - Biometric Appointment

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

NVC Received: 06/20/16

Hello January filers,

I am applying for a GC thru my spouse. I currently live in Belgium.

Our case was recieved on 22th January 2016, in Nebraska (LIN-number).

I'm happy we're not the only ones, of the january filers, still waiting...
