Hi,

I have applied for I-765 on October 1, 2015 based on pending I-485. It is almost 3 months and still have not heard anything from USCIS. Does anyone experience the same delay? Thank you!

hi

it can take up to 90 days, and for some it never comes, for others the interview comes first

there is nothing you can do but wait

Are you saying you have not received your receipt number? A Adjustment of status is taking 8 months to a year to get green card.

Did you also file for EAD and AP? Or just adjustment of status?

Our timelines are almost the same for AOS, we haven't heard anything either. Call USCIS and you can ask for a service request for the EAD since it has been 75 days. I called and filed my service request yesterday. What it does is that notifies who ever is handling your case that 90 days is approaching.

Hopefully it will be soon, we just got update this morning AP and EAD approved!!!!!
