Hey, congrats PonJor! Sophjosh, my wife and I also are at CSC and we haven't been approved yet either. Dec 21 was the date they received our petition. Hopefully we'll all get some good news soon. Good luck to everyone still waiting! It's been a long time and hopefully we're almost at the end of it.

Congrats boss... Can you tell me your pd plz

Thank you! If pd means priority date it was Dec. 18

CONGRATS, How many dates did it take to get approved??

We sent it Dec 18th and got our NOA1 Dec 21. So about 3 months and seven days

Wow! Congratulations Ponjor, wow Nebraska is turning into the next CSC. Now all of a sudden a bunch of work for you got piled up for NVC. But its a good sort of work! :D

I know, thank you! I had actually started getting restless and moved on to NVC work so I don't feel like I have that much, but it is still a lot! I'm just glad I get to work on something though.

It is good to wake up that early reading that email :) Congrats Ponjor. April will be a good month for many December filers !

It is. I was actually tired and frustrated because I had to be up so early for my internship, but imagine the mood change when I saw that!

His case took almost 3 months to be approved. But he filed at CSC which normally the fastest one.

For your case at NSC you can hope to be approved any day in Apr.

Hopefully, it goes that smooth. I was really worried, because our lawyer had said that we might get an I-130 interview, because we applied a month after getting married (we had been dating for 5 years before that though) and he said it was taking them about 5 months to approve these petitions.

Yes I hope so cause I'm so anxious and ready to see a email or text to pop up lol. An my husband is about to lose his mind waiting. His says the days or starting to feel like months.

Oh Ms.F.Brown I know what you mean! I was constantly checking the processing times. I'm sure he will approved soon :)

congratulation!!!

Thank you!!!

Congrats PonJor.....unto the next stage...seems am one of d few who has not been approved in CSC...

Don't worry sophjosh895, you'll be approved soon! My NOA1 was a day before yours, so I'm sure its coming :)

My husband actually entered without inspection so I am working on his waiver to send before the NVC stuff. However, I have started collecting the documents. I was going to share with you this link which has helped me (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/James's_Shortcuts) but it says it is not for k-1 or k-3 visas :(

What I had to do for the CR-1 visa was gather financial documents showing income (tax transcripts from the IRS), letters of employment, 2 passport photos, and my lawyer gave me a form to fill out for the ds-260. I'm not sure what to do for the k-3 visa, sorry!

I found this after I already posted.

This will let you know what you will need to fill out the DS-260. I hope it helps!

The contract company you work for should provide a way to print your pay stubs online. Its pretty standard.
