Hello guys, I would like to apologize in advance is there is a topic about this or if I posted in the wrong forum.

I'm visiting my boyfriend on February 19th and staying until May 1st, we have so much fun stuff planned. After I go home we plan on starting the K1 process and we've been looking into attorneys and different options and today I stumbled over this; http://www.tnvisaexpert.com/visa-streamline-system/

I've never heard about it before nor do I find much about it googling, and I was just wondering if any of you guys know what its about and how it works? I did of course email the law firm as well but I'd like some personal experiences if there are any.

How does it work with the medical? Do you fill everything in and then print sign and send or do you give all your "stuff" to the law firm, like birth certificate and such?

Super curious.

Also so happy I found this site, so much great info.

This is a DIY site, so most members here file their own visa petitions, not using a lawyer or visa prep service.

Most people CAN file by themselves, unless you have a complicated case (previous criminal convictions or overstays), or are just really bad at filling out detailed forms.

Most often than not, utilizing an attorney is pointless. You can compile all of your information and submit it yourself. There is no way to move things along faster using an attorney. Utilize the state.gov site and the USCIS site. There are multiple guides on here that are helpful if you are struggling, but the official forms are quite self explanatory.

I guess I'm just overly paranoid to do anything wrong or misunderstand the forms since my english skills are a bit lacking. There's no criminal convictions or overstays or anything like that.

Hi!! Going into the process I had a really complicated history with US visas and overstays, so I was really weary about going in on my own. Turns out, I really didn't need a lawyer all that much. The only thing I needed her for was embassy prep because she made an amazing package to send into the embassy explaining my history and what not. Now that I've completed that part, I intend of completing the rest of the processes on my own without a lawyer. It really isn't that complicated, they're very clear on what they want and what you should send. Don't be scared :))) Plus if there are any forums you truly are struggling with, there are thousands of people here on visa journey to help you, people who've asked the same questions as you, and even example forms on how to fill it out as a K-1 visa applicant!

Hi! We are usung this system with TN Visa, we are waiting for NOA2. They have been very helpful, all my questions answers. What I have liked the most is the attention, they have returned all my calls rapidly. :) Also, they have filled out all my documets... and a spanish speaking lawyer reviewed my case(i am hispanic)but I paid for that.

They tell you even all steps from what you need with examples to in which order to set the papers. Ant the best part if it doesnt work money back. We are very contentwith the service. Any question feel free to contact us.
