2. I-130 form signed
3. certified copy of our marriage certificate
4. G-325A completed and signed by U.S spouse
5. passport style picture of U.S spouse
6. G-325A completed and signed by beneficiary
7. passport style picture of beneficiary
8. copy of every page of U.S spouse's passport
9. 2 affidavits of people who've known of our bona fide relationship

is this all what i should submit or should I add more to it to avoid any RFE's?

Here's the problem with what your lawyer says, if you wait to the interview to present evidence, you may never have the opportunity. There is no guarantee a CO will ask to see your pictures and if you try to pass them across unsolicited, they may be immediately passed back without so much as a fleeting glance.

I'm not saying you shouldn't bring evidence to the interview (you absolutely should); however, if you want to guarantee that it will be part of the file that will be reviewed prior to an interview taking place, submit it with the I-130.

Definitely do not listen to your lawyer on this one.

Most people on this forum will advise front-loading and that's what we did as well. Provide as much evidence of bona fide marriage as you can. Submit photos, preferably with captions (who is on the photo, where was it taken, date). Sworn affidavits from your family members or friends unfortunately don't hold that much value for USCIS. If that's all you send, you should probably expect an RFE.

You have traveled together or traveled to visit each other, right? Can you provide boarding passes that will prove it?

Do you have any chat logs? List of skype calls? Emails exchanged? Letters?

January 2011 - met in USA

Sep 28, 2013 - wedding in Poland

USCIS:

Sep 23, 2015 - mailed I-130 package to Chicago lockbox

Feb 6, 2016 - DS-260 submitted

CONSULATE:

Apr 26, 2016 - medical exam

May 10, 2016 - interview at the Embassy in Warsaw, Poland - result: APPROVED!

May 16, 2016 - visa in hand

POE:

While you are correct about the value of affidavits (not only USCIS but also CO's at the Embassy or Consulate), USCIS is highly unlikely to send an RFE if a petitioner only sent affidavits provided the required photocopy of the marriage certificate was included.

Well i did provide the marriage certificate as required as well as the U.S passport of the petitioner.. and as far as i know, you are required to submit ONLY ONE proof of a bona fide relationship to include with the I-130 form as it says "or"
