My NOA2 has been approved and I know that one of the next things I will be asked for is an Affadavit of Support along with evidence that meet their 125% povery threshold requirements. Although I have only been in my current position for less than a year, my salary alone exceeds the 125% requirement many times over.

Given the salary level for my current permanent employment, can I just provide evidence of my employment, or do I still need to bother hunting around for other evidence from my financial institutions, etc? I have numerous assets but they are strewn across many different financial institutions and it will be a hassle to obtain those compared to simply getting a letter from my employer.

I am considering 2 options:

Option 1:

Only stating my salary, but not including details of my other assets. Provide a statement from my employer.

Option 2:

State my salary and other assets. Provide a statement from my employer. For all of the other bank accounts and other financial assets, pull down the bank statements for the past year from the websites but not bother to obtain an official statement from an officer of each financial institution. I am also thinking it would be good to include 3 years of tax returns.

What do you all think?

If you salary exceeds the 125% you do not have to mention any other assets. You should provide evidence that you are employed, pay stubs, letter from employer etc

For the I-134 I wouldn't bother beyond your salary. But for the I-864 for the AOS then you can include the assets as well if you choose.

Make sure to read the I-134 and the instructions along with the appropriate regional forum for anything specific. I don't think the USEM requires anything other than the fact you cannot use a joint sponsor for a K1.

Awesome

Well its not really that hard/laborious to get a couple of those from your bank. Takes like a min to request and have them send it.

Well, I have probably about 10 accounts, some of them overseas. Even for the ones that are local, it would time out of my day to go to each one to make the request. In addition, I had read somewhere that depending on the financial institution it is not as simple as going into the bank and having them draft and sign off on a statement and that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive. As such, I would like to avoid this if it is unnecessary (and based on response from others to this post, it seems like it is).

For the Philippines all that is required is an original, signed I-134, a COPY of your most recent tax return and W2. You DO NOT need 3 years of tax return,,assets, bank statements or employer letter,

Follow the embassy instructions letter (information and details - follow the flashing arrow in my signature)

As long as your income meet the 125% poverty guidelines of the I-864P all is good

So based on reading elsewhere, I believe I'm supposed to submit to my fiancee. However, does this have to be the original signed version or can it be a PDF that I email to her for her to print out?

Not a problem.

Great, you're golden. Don't need anything else.

Yes

You have to send her a new signed Letter of Intent, so send the signed 134 form as well. Read the Guides.
