Hi guys, I'm an IR2 case. The nvc have scheduled my interview in US Embassy in Manila on Nov 13. I'll be taking my medical examination on monday so if there would be any adjustments on my medical, I would be able to attend to it as soon as possible.

Any tips or what should I bring to the interview and what not to bring? And what should I also wear? :D Thank you so much!!

I'm nervousssss/// I'm only 17 yo and I'll be entering the embassy all by myself though my guardian plans to go with me but she'll be just staying outside the embassy because they said that they won't be allowing outsiders, am I right?

Thank you again!! :D

Hi, you can't bring electronics inside for sure so those will be left with your guardian. Just get to the USEM early. Even you have an appointment they have queue (line) for each type of visa and each appointment time. It's totally understandable why you are nervous, but believe me, the interview is most of the time the easiest. :) Good luck!

Did you check with the embassy if your guardian is allowed in with you? As a minor, I would think you're allowed your guardian with you.

Wear something you're comfortable in. Wearing something you normally don't wear may just make you feel uncomfortable and more nervous.

Don't bring electronics, it's not allowed inside.

You're gonna be fine at the interview, no need to be nervous.

hi sure I'll keep that in mind thank you! But do I still need to carry the whole printed application form or only just the confirmation page? Thank you!

I honestly don't remember if the whole application was needed but it won't hurt if you bring it with the confirmation. :)

hi thank you for answering :) If I'm not mistaken, only 15 yo and below are allowed to be chaperoned inside the embassy.

For the IR-1, you only need to bring the confirmation page so it should be the same for the IR-2.

But in the DS-260, I got my petitioner's bday wrong. I don't know what happened, I was rapt that time because the ceac site that I was waiting for a long time to work, actually worked. :( But I've already posted a forum about that and someone said that I should say it to the pre-screener.
