NOID?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

NOID?

NOIR = Notice of Intent to Revoke

Embassy sent the petition back to USCIS and USCIS intends on revoking it.

Also, good luck OP! Make sure you provide tons of evidence that your marriage is bona fide.

I am not familiar with your story, had a quick look at past posts and could not work out what they are.

What are the issues you need to address?

Well Boiler I did attend my husband third interview it didn't go well because I did make the co mad, she said because my husband is Muslim and his age she feels he probably already married with kids, and I told her since she stated she knew I had a issue in 1999, that where is the proof he is already married, and she told me she didn't have to prove anything or listen to anything I had said during the interview that it was on my husband to convince her, and I asked since it was why couldn't we go to the interview room and get to the bottom of what ever was bothering her and she said she didn't feel like it, now mind you she did fill the blue slip out for his visa and I gave her his passport, she then decided that since I wasn't listening to how all these women come to Ghana and get scammed by these men she said she had no choice but to put him in ap, I will say when I started out I had no idea of this helpful site and great advise that's given to people here, I wish I had known I would have done things differently, but at the same time the co working there don't care

Good Luck. Me and my husband have a 1 year old together and the consular in Ghana says our marriage is a sham. I wont be surprised if we get NOIR as well.

With this embassy I wouldn't be surprised January 3, 2016 will be three years of marriage when I leave for Ghana in December will be my fourth trip, my first I stayed one month, my second I stayed three and a half weeks, the third I stayed three weeks, this next I will be one month so how is my marriage fake I don't know, beats me ??

Me and my husband will be married 3 years in June. The problem with my case is I cannot be traveling to Ghana. I have a 1 year old. There was a Ebola break out in west Africa sometime last year there was no way I could travel. I am not comfortable traveling to Ghana with my 1 year old knowing he has to get certain vaccines. I have to keep my job and earn a good income for the AOS. What employers are going to be giving people all this time off to travel to Africa. My husband has never been married or have any other children. He has never even petitioned for a visa before. He has never been here. I do not know why USCIS even exist if the petition they approve will eventually be denied.

USCIS will send you a NOID/NOIR letter and you can then submit more evidence and prove a bona fide marriage. If you satisfy

USCIS with your response then they will send your case back to the embassy with recommendation to approve. CO can't deny the petition,

only USCIS can. Think life insurance listing him as beneficiary, wills, co mingled land in Ghana if possible, not just more chats to prove

the bona fide.

The other problem is the waiting game the senator said its taking uscis 12 month to review returned cases ugh! ??
