Consulate Review: Ghana
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 7, 2016
Embassy Review : Glory be to the most high God. My fiancee and I were approved of our k1 visa last week at the Accra consulate. We had our first interview on the 16 of June where the C.O asked me to return again on the 4 of August with more evidence of the relationship. He wanted to see chat record from when we started talking in 2014 till date. So we submitted random screenshots of WhatsApp, Facebook etc and also had family and friends write letters to show support of our relationship. On August 4 when I was called to the window, I was fortunate to meet the same consular and he asked what new evidence did I bring.. I showed him all the stuff I had and after reviewing, the magical words came" I am approving the visa and pick it up in 2 weeks time " most important of all, is to pray and have faith in the most high... Email me with question and info if u have any..best of wishes to everyone going through this
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
