Most likely will be my last rant, after the horror of this nightmare the Cairo Embassy lost my husbands passport. It's not easy to get another one when it's lost so we shall see what happens, please say a prayer if you pray. :) God be with us all this is just insane!! Hugs to you all. (F) (L) (F)

Yeah getting another passport is not <really> easy for any country and esp after all the waiting and frustration! Plus getting one is not free! So order them to pay it! Or BETTER! SUE THEM! (lol jk) :lol:

Hello Ditdot welcome to the soon to close thread will make another that will not end and start a new thread every month just in case someone needs to vent. So it will just be Support and Rant from here to eternity hehehee.

Yeah it's more of a pain in the rear end in Egypt and my poor husband works so hard he get's home at 3/4 or even 5 am then up by 9 most of the time. So getting a new Passport wont be easy. SOB's would lose the brand new passport then say they sent it to USCIS it's just one thing after another they are so incompetent but you know the person that helped me at USCIS was so lovely and helpful it really warmed my heart for once and I told them so. We really need to give complements where they are due. :D

Hahahaaa your so funny and I was the same way it's normal, and good to think of the interview. My husband was working so hard he never even thought of it and made a couple so minor mistakes. There is nothing I can really say to make you feel better only that Fiji well I bet it will be a breeze to get your Visa not like us poor slobs that fell in love with middle Easterners/Muslims. So rejoice in that and know you will be just fine. We/I will be here for you when ever you need us even if it's just to hold your hand and listen to you in good and bad times.

Awwww you're such a kind soul!! :)

Ya know his thread is perfect we can vent out our frustrations and at the same time we have others on here to empathize! (lol ^_^ )

It is a great feeling when you meet or come across someone/anyone that you can relate to - feel what you are going through and have it in them to encourage you. :star:

I really do feel for you guys.. your hubby is working on a tight shift! That is HARDWORK (which will pay off for the both of you in the end) and I bet it keeps his mind off of this whole worrisome situation.

MY husband is the petitioner and yeah I've heard that the US Embassy here is laiiiiid baaaaack and when approved you get to pick up the Visa on the same day. So I REEEALLY HOPE that will be the case for us lol

AND! You're most welcome doll as we have the same goal and that is - (( to be with our husbands )) !!! :yes:

I can't even begin to express how thankful I am for the(your) support! Whatever you send into the universe comes back... soo you can count on my support too! Yay!!! :jest: :)
