And you are going to Knightsbridge Doctors in London is the sole contractor for Embassy medicals?

Yes, Knightsbridge Doctors. Everything is arranged now. I have booked trains and a babysitter. It will cost me £95 to cancel now. I'll just have to go.

It's just my opinion...but looking at the status over and over and over again seems pointless and only adds to the stress.

One day we see 3 N/A, another day we see "PAID" the next day it's 3 N/A again...but what difference does that make if we know for a fact we have case complete?

One day we see "in transit", another day it says, "at NVC", another day it says "Ready" then "at NVC again"..We know our appointment date and time, so we need to focus on preparing and showing up on time.

How many people have shown up at their scheduled appointment and been told their case isn't complete yet, or they're still at NVC or still in transit? Not likely.

You are of course right. I felt hopeful and now frustrated. I realise there are couples in this thread who have been separated a lot longer and whose embassies have wait times over 4 months.

I've been disappointed to see two cases with interviews that were completed after mine, in my country (UK).

And I've tried contacting the embassy to find out if November has been fully booked: no answers over the phone or email. They told me to tweet them. They haven't responded there either.

All the embassies apparently don't reply to inquiries. At best, a person receives an automated response that doesn't lend helpful information. A person can't get helpful information by calling NVC either. All trough the process at NVC I got responses like, "I don't know"...."I can't tell you that"...."Only a supervisor would know that" ..."Nothing yet".

Our case was at NVC 123 days until the day an interview was scheduled.

We were at day #70 from case complete when we were given an interview. We'll be 106 days from CC to interview date.

From NOA1 until our interview will be 441 days....and I'm praying so much every day that the interview date will be the end of us being apart (aside from the days waiting to get the visa in hand after being told we're approved.)

I'll be a ball of miserable nerves and stress until my husband is actually WITH me. I'm a zombie from sleeping very poorly for over a year. I know most people here can relate! :dead:

THink I should call them tomorrow.

I really hope they have good news for us....
