I woke up to an email from USCIS today saying I'm scheduled for interview on December 8th!! Our PD is Nov 6th, 2015.

3 months from our 2nd anniversary lol

Don't trust their timeframe, it does not mean your case will be processed when your PD beyond the point. I have sent an email to Houston office to ask about why many cases are outside of the current

Any news from anyone in Houston recently? We applied early March 2016, and still nothing. 13 months now. We had to sent new EAD and Advance parole forms since the old ones are expiring in a week.

Around 12-13 months so you are looking at Feb-Mar 2018 for interview. I'm a July 2016 filer and have not received anything yet.

Tara0921,  question:   when you applied for your learners permit, did you take the test at DPS? or the on line course and received certificate?

Then took certificate to DPS and received your permit?  My husband wants to apply for her learners permit

Hello and many thanks. My interview went well, I was asked a few questions from my I-485 form and I was also asked for my updated medical report. I got approved on the spot and received my Green Card exactly one week later in the mail. Best wishes and good luck in your journey.

My wife took the test at DPS, passed and got her permit, went online and scheduled a driving test, passed and got a paper DL.

Tara0921,  question:   when you applied for your learners permit, did you take the test at DPS? or the on line course and received certificate?

Then took certificate to DPS and received your permit?  My husband wants to apply for her learners permit

June 5th,2019   USCIS received my response on the  NOID// Addressed the NOID myself, No lawyer ever used in case.

July 1st, 2019  10 YEAR GREEN CARD APPROVED

July 5th, 2019   Approval letters for I-130 & I-485 received in the USPS  mail.

July 11th 2019   Green Card in Hand
