Looks too good to be true Beth.

 

I looked and it is processing the same date for ALL local office.

Must be a clerical error as we all know they don't process at the same time for all local office. And I haven't heard anything since my PD is July 19, 2016.

 

Let see if it changes later on. I wouldn't have my hope up.

Really showing the same?   WOW, that is a mess then.

 

But as for me, I hope its close to a year or at least till after July for an interview for us......

 

Its sort of a Bitter - Sweet thing with all of this.

It's been corrected to show processing time of Jan 28, 2016. 

So another couple more months to go

Iam reside in Houston too. I was wondering how long it would take to receive EAD Card after biometric appoiment ?  We filed AOS on Febuary 13 and her biometric is this Wednesday. Thank you for your prompt respond!

Look at my time line,  it took a little over a month to be approved for card, then few days later received it,  we are in Houston also.

Any news from anyone in Houston recently? We applied early March 2016, and still nothing. 13 months now. We had to sent new EAD and Advance parole forms since the old ones are expiring in a week.

 

This link says they were processing mid Feb 2016 back in January, so for the last month I was expecting to hear something.

Just checked their processsing time and Priority already pass . I dont understand why you havent received your interview...

Well they finally updated them...... We are still months away as being a September filer.

Woohoo, so based on the updated processing time, end of March would be processing May cases. Looks like a month or two of waiting for me.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. I guess it's time to call and speak with someone in the know.

Did you call them and find out if your case is already schedule for the interview?

My wife called the hotline when I wasn't there. She said that the guy told her they'll submit a service request to see whats happening. That's it.

 

I asked her to wait for me to make the call and to ask for a Tier 2 rep and she didn't do either <sigh>. I'll wait a couple weeks and call again.

 

 

The case just says:

 

On March 9, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

And the case history is blank, so I'm assuming they haven't even opened our file since last year.
