Congrats on the approval.

You can start working on getting the police certificate, preparing for your medical exam (getting your vaccination records in order) and gathering the required documents for your I-134 and completing the form and getting it notarized.

You should be hearing from the NVC shortly with your case number. Then they forward it to the Consulate where you will be interviewed, and you will receive Packet 3 from them, with instructions on what to gather for the interview.

Good luck.

Now you just wait and watch as it goes to the NVC them to the embassy...start gathering evidence of ongoing relationship...affidavit of support info...and read up on similar cases with regard to the Chinese Embassy. Congrats by the way...the first part is over! Your other half will now be waiting for packet 3 with instructions on the medical. Have they applied to the police reports yet? Thats always something that can be done now as well. Good Luck

Beleive it or not she has already gotten the police report and unmarried report and birth certificate(I sent a copy of her BC with my 129F) Translated and notarized. She sent it all to me and now I have to send it all back. She applied for all this before I sent for the 129F. It took me about a month to get the 129F together.

thats packet 3 and 4 info.

once nvc sends it on, Guangzhou will sit on it for 2 months before they admit they have it. About a week after that they send out packet 3. Once it's returned they schedule the medical and the interview. Only 5 months left to the visa now if all goes well.
