Well, some more informed people than me will chime in I hope.

You, are already .,,.,.very late!

You should have filed on day 89, before the 2 year GC expires.

We file Oct 4, and I have been putting together records for a month, and am not finished.

You need to view the ""Guides"" tab at top of home page, and click on the I-751..,.,.,.,and start reading.

I think you have a 10 hour a day job ahead of you, every day for a week, to fulfill what they need to prove marriage. And then you will probably be short some documents.

I am scared, and been working a month on our RoC documents.,.,..,and have two weeks to go. I would .,.,seriously start reading the guides section.,.,asap.

Cost is 590.00 dollars, and you must see what state you live in to see where you mail your information to.

Vermont, or California.

You must find which state you file to, depending on where you live.

As for evidence, perhaps you've done what helped me, which was to take every bit of remotely relevant financial/personal relationship information since marriage and throw it into a box. When it came time to remove conditions, there was more than enough to choose from.

If you weren't doing this, go back through your files and desk-drawers and collect what you can. The blending of your lives financially is the chief focus.

If you've created Wills, healthcare powers of attorney, etc., include these (or get them done now). They make great evidence, and they're even more valuable in "life."

Read the many threads in this forum about what others have done.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

They are not 'very late'. They are not late at all. Their green card expires Nov. 11, 2015. They can file at any time within the 90 days before the card expires.

Why are you scared? Took me like a few hours at the most. Also you can apply a few days before the 90 days since there is 2 or 3 days taken up for the package to be received.
