I'm not close to the time your waiting. But I'm on 78 days so I know how it feels.

i really hope that all the ones who r waiting for soooooooooooo long ......... get their interviews assigned sooooooooooooooon .......... its just weird that canada waits for that long ............ i think u need to make some calls and send some emails u should have had even ur visa by now not just interviewed ........... hopfully its happy ending for us all soon

You don't have to be rude, dude. We're all tired of the waiting; some have been waiting longer than you have. Writing in caps (yelling) and complaining every few hours is not going to get you your interview any faster...might as well do something productive and fill in your timeline to improve VJ stats. That's the purpose of this site (as far as I'm aware) - to help each other.

Not seeing any interviews being scheduled yet. Is everyone calling to find out for yourselves or waiting for the email to come?

It really sucks falling in love with someone from another country. I wish that there were no liars and then we wouldn't have to go through so much red tape.

My husband and I have only been able to see each other for just a few short weeks every year for the past 5 years.

My oldest is starting to go through puberty and could really use his dad and our almost 4 year old barely knows what his dad looks like outside of a video chat.

My husband didn't even get to be at his birth or meet him until he was 2 months old. He was a preemie and the tickets had already been bought assuming he'd be born full term.

So it's hard on all of us who have to be separated from our loved ones, and it is completely unfair.

I dream for the day when we no longer have to say goodbye and my children don't have to grow up without their dad.

I have a question. I don't have adequate income so I have two joint sponsors for my husband. I filed the I864. Should I have filed the I-864A? I just noticed that there are different affidavits=/

Wait you have two joint sponsors do they live together? Do neither make the guidelines on their own.

Household embers use the I-864A

You fill out a I-864 and your Joint sponsor fills one out also. And of course both of you submitting all your financial documents.

Also, I'm putting everything in a binder and I have two joint sponsors. So should I put proof of relationship after all three affidavits (mine being the first?) or should I put proof of relationship materials after all three affidavits?

So confused.

My husband hasn't been scheduled interview yet but I'm visiting so I'm going to leave all the paperwork with him just in case I can't fly over for the interview, whenever they decide to finally give him one.

Well it doesn't really matter how you assemble your personal binder long as you know where things are when asked. It's not like you're going to hand over a binder. CO's don;t have time for all that. Hopefully you provided enough in your I-130 package or sent more evidence to NVC so all that extra will not be asked for or needed.

if the waiting to be scheduled or interviewed exceeds 60 days already ............ can u file for expedite as u waited for more than u supposed to and dont wanna waitting ANY much longer ???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .............

Of course not sorry. There's no rule. Like I said the record on this thread is 8 months for Cambodia. That use to be the wait 6 to 8 months for them. I have sent an email requesting information on delays to Egypt lets see what they say.

THATS FOR EGYPTIANS .................and doing yemenies&sudanees all types of visas ................ i just got that info from a friend of mine knows a guy working there ........ still no updates bout CR1 scheduling ............. hopfully no more waiting and finish with it

i got some info dwheels from inside embassy .......... i just posted it before reading ur post ........... hopfully u confirm that and might get some updates about whats goin on with the CR1 no scheduling for CR1 since 4th of may thats about 4 months now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ................ appreciate it

Just like fridaab I askes the embassy for an earlier date and got moved from the 29th of September to the 9th of September! I feel so lucky!

Realistically for Lagos with a August CC you are looking more at November December. I still have Jun 10th CC to get interviews. It seems about 3 to 5 get interviews per month. So figure the rest is out there in the world . Sorry But gives you an ides. You have a wait so just hang in there.

Dweels76, any idea what we are looking at for Mumbai Consulate? I read that it takes 15 days to a month, but there are people with July CC who are still waiting for interviews. Any idea what that is about?

No October interviews available yet? That is odd. Could it be that NVC hasn't received those spaces to schedule yet? Strange thing is that a lady in another forum has already been scheduled for an early October interview. I'm waiting to hear back to see how she was scheduled.

Can you please let us know once you're able to schedule?

Could she be K1? They schedule their own interviews. I wish CR1 applicants/petitioners could have that same privilege.
