Welcome to VJ and to the Sept filers. A bit of advice as you start your journey. The journey is all about patience. You'll need plenty, believe when I say this.

To help you with your journey, there are two additional ways to get updated and or correspond if needed with UCIS and those are myUCIS and the phone app. I recommend getting both and the links are in my signature below. They are all FREE.

For those processing through the Embassy for the US at Philippines while you are getting your apps, take a look around the guide as this is the step by step experience which you will travel in pursuit of your K-1 visa in The Philippines. What the site will do is guide you around the hiccups and the "gotchas". It to is Free.

The best place to be to get answers to your questions is in the sub-forum for your country. To find the sub-forum for your country go to the top of this page, select "Forums", then scroll down the page to "General Discussion Area", then within that area scroll a little ways down to "Regional Discussions". Once in your regional discussion forum go ahead and post your question and those who are knowledgeable for many of your questions "why this", "can you explain this", "where is this" or "why is it taking so long" can be answered by those who have already experienced what you are about to.

Just a recommendation to relieve your stress and to enlighten you on what is available in the way of help.

Thank you @Greenbaum for the advices. I heard thought that USCIS website is not always reliable, because it is pretty old. I don't know if it depends on the type of case and luck, but we can just wait, and hope for the best!

Here still waiting for NoA1 hardcopy. I think we should receive it by the end of this week.

Hi everyone! I mailed my I-129F application Aug 28th so I guess I'll join this September forum. Received NOA1 e-notificaition Sept 3rd. Praying for a smooth, quick process.

Just an update, I had mailed my 129-f on wednesday the 2nd. Just received my noa1 yesterday on thursday the 10th which is when i was anticipating it to come because of the holiday on monday. Off to the California service center! Exactly where o wanted it to go!

Hi everyone, another September filer here! Wow, this thread is quiet...

ErickS, congrats on your NOA1 and being sent to CSC. I have been reading the August 2015 filers thread and I see crazy fast approvals of i-129F. I hope they carry that on to this month too!

We are still waiting for our NOA1. We submitted our petition on Sept 5th, Saturday. We know it will be a bit delayed because of the long holiday weekend. USPS tracking said it was received/delivered on the 8th. If you submitted yours on the 2nd and your NOA1 came in on the 10th, then I am hoping to receive ours on the 15th. *fingers crossed*

Yes, it would seem that the processing is going faster than average though I won't count my chickens before they hatch. The timeline stats charts estimate it will be nearly 2 months before I get an noa2 however when i enter our noa1 date in our timeline, it is estimating about 3 weeks from now. As long as things don't go too much faster than expected. If she has a visa in hand before middle of november we will have to adjust some plans a little. Hoping to have middle of may be in her 6 month range and then we will have her cone when i get out of spring classes and get married in the summer

You can always slow down towards the end, pick a late interview, delay getting the medical. Its best to get the ball moving all the way until the end because you never know if any hiccups come along the way. hopefully not

We don't plan on delaying any of it. Worst case is she gets here a few weeks earlier than planned and she will just stay with my parents until i get home and she will work on wedding planning with my mom.

right on. seems like most NOA2 approvals are coming for the August13-18 NOA1.
