Hello All!

Going through some serious anxiety at the moment.....awaiting an available slot for interview appointment. I thought that by the point our process was here id be a bit more chill, but it just seems to get worse. Hoping everything for us and everyone moves along quickly.

It's really not over until it's over... I celebrate at each step, but then get quickly frustrated again to wait some more. Right now, I'm waiting for my petition to arrive at the consulate and the wait is painful. But the good news is, it really IS almost over. And then your family will be together for good :) It must be that much more stressful to be away from your babe's father- I'm pregnant and with each change and bit of growth, I'm sad for what he's missing. But it's a small amount of time and sacrifice for a lifetime together! Stay strong- it's almost over :)

It's really not over until it's over... I celebrate at each step, but then get quickly frustrated again to wait some more. Right now, I'm waiting for my petition to arrive at the consulate and the wait is painful. But the good news is, it really IS almost over. And then your family will be together for good :) It must be that much more stressful to be away from your babe's father- I'm pregnant and with each change and bit of growth, I'm sad for what he's missing. So so hard, but it's almost over and he'll get to be there for all the stuff baby remembers. Hang tight- this will feel like a blip in the big picture!

Just checked with my embassy website why it would take so long for me to receive "packet 3".

they say upon receiving the application of the NVC it takes 4-6 weeks to get a letter in the mail. I guess that is ok but still thats a few days to worry... :P
