He could be filing too, filing a VAWA against you saying you threw him out and abandon him or abuse hi. Not like anyone will come and ask you to verify the charges.

You said your family already reported marriage fraud. What about you? Have you got your evidence together and made a infopass appt to see a officer to hand over..

I would also be alerting immigration to lock your account so the address can't be updated.

I am conditional GC holder, just got divorced, but planning on sending my I-751 waiver next year.I am planning on visiting my country in about 2-3 months.Am I going to have any problems. I know you think the first response was harsh. But look around on the forum at similar posts and you will see that the responses to questions like yours is the same: Move on and stop worrying/caring about him or the process

As hard as that may be to hear, you should know that it is up to your (crooked) spouse to prove legitimacy and NOT up to you to prove otherwise. If he lacks proof, they'll know. If he lies and creates false proof, they'll find out. If he is eager to hitch his wagon on some other woman, hooray and good riddance!

So, let's examine your motives here.

1. You don't want him to try to file jointly with you - Rightfully so! He can't anyway as he doesn't have your signature on the form, he has 1 piece of evidence that just won't cut it, if he gets and RFE he can't provide any additional evidence further dooming his case, if he gets a notice for a joint interview guess what, you definitely won't show up shooting more holes in his case, etc.

2. Maybe you don't want him to file as divorced - Not your business and your almost-finalized divorce has absolutely ZERO STOPPING POWER

3. You just want to join your 2 friends in "reporting" marriage fraud - Stop. If you are trying to detach yourself from him, the divorce is enough. It is therefore none of your business what he does. Forget him and move on. USCIS is NOT interested in multiple tales/reports of marital fraud connected to his application. They are not in the business of marriage counseling and do not care if your marriage "worked out".

So again, why do you care? You're divorcing this loser. Please, let him go as fast as possible!

I do have 1 question though, if you have no joint accounts, what evidence did you provide for the approval of the conditional GC?

First of all I am not a lier, I am just trying to find answers.Everything I said is true,swear to God.When he came I' added him to my checking account, but when he found a job, he opened new account on his name only.So, I went to my bank and closed joint account.So, for AOS, we had joint account, he was added to my health insurance, but my company clised down 9 months ago.I forgot to tel his GC came after a year we applyed.I am sorry if some of you think I was a lier, and I am not going to ask any more questions.

I think what most of us want to know is why you claim to be the petitioner in one thread and the beneficiary in another. This makes it really difficult for us to believe you are who you say you are.
