Amazing, I learn something new every time I log in, really something how Darnell picked up on the "possible fraud.

Great reading, and info.

The official reason was 1. We got married too quick all happened in a year of meeting

2. His family did not come for wedding which she thinks is bad

3. said she does not see our relationship so convincing because of our vast age difference so she will send our case back to uscis so we can waive but that will take up to 6 months to return, but she kept one of our wedding picture my birth certificate and police report.

Call your senator or representative,

Ask them to find out why you were denied. Your senator will ask for you to sign a PLA then you will hear back from your senator.

They will find out the specific reason written on your file, then you can prepare your evidence so that when you case comes back, you can present your evidence to USCIS to have your case sent back to Ghana.

if you were unfairly treated, please take time to report the incident at

https://oig.state.gov/hotline-form

If everyone who was not given the a fair chance to represent their evidence or who was unfairly treated by CO was reported, some of these COs with such gross disregard for applicants will be out of this embassy and competent people put in place.

I did it but my case is K-1 and unfortunately, K_1 does not get a review.

Good luck!

My husband contacted our immigration lawyer the very same day, he said he will contact them and know the exact reason I was denied because the 221g don't say any reason for denial, and does not state any waiving CO said it verbally That we can waive after petition is sent back to uscis

She said we will have to waive against the 221g, she said she don't find our relationship so convincing, 221g said I was found ineligible under section 221g of the immigration act so my case will be sent back so I should wait to be contacted first

So your saying the co gave you the paper with nothing checked or written on it?

She gave me a paper saying I was found ineligible under section 221g act so my case will be sent back

1. Marrying quickly after meeting is viewed as a fraud indicator.

2. That is not bad because often family can't afford to travel for a wedding in Ghana. Submit his (USC) family's affidavits stating why they

weren't able to attend the wedding when you receive the NOID/NOIR request ( I repeat this will NOT be a waiver).

3. Age gap discrimination does happen and here is a classic example for those who keep saying age difference doesn't matter and that they can't

discriminate...well they just did ! Overcome this with a letter from you both about what you intend to do about future children, what you

have in common etc. More relationship and communication evidence is also needed, PLUS FACE TIME. He needs to fly over to visit and spend time

with you, then submit evidence from that visit.

You keep talking about a waiver. Clarify a waiver for what ? The points you listed have absolutely nothing to do with filing a waiver.

Get your USC husband on here a.s.a.p to create an account. Why is he not here asking the questions ?

He needs to contact his senator/representative Monday and request a second interview based on age discrimination and then have him fly to the

interview, affidavit family letters in hand IF a second interview is granted. It would be very important for him to have some more face time

with you and be there. The alternative is waiting 6 months for a USCIS NOID/NOIR request. Please stop mentioning a waiver unless you

understand what waiver was mentioned for what reason. There is nothing to be waived from what you wrote. Zilch, zero, nada, nix.

so, OP -

you took all of the documents a Vice-Consul at the IV Unit gave you, on interview day,

and you went to a copy shop or internet cafe nearby,

and you scanned all of these docs

and emailed them to your petitioner.

What does the petitioner tell you, after reading what you sent to her?

He was disappointed because we have planned our wedding shower on his birthday to introduce to all family members, he forwarded 221g denial to our lawyer

Very rsre for the person being interviewd not to know the reason for the denial.

She said she don't find our rrelationship so convincing due to our vast age difference and everything happened so fast

Nothing to waive, no waiver needed for being ineligible under 221g for the "blanket reason and general assumption" and not being convinced

that you are a genuine bona fide couple. Have your husband contact the senator's immigration aide and clear this BS up. It's nonsense.

I know, right?

then they come on VJ and spew a line of nonsensical BS. [which all witnessed back at post #1 ]

But I digress.

Look, this is easy. You had an interview. You failed it. The Vice-Consul gave you stuff/paperwork about yer failure. You should scan all, email to yer petitioner, get petitioner's input. That's it, That's all. To not involve your petitioner smacks of Visa Fraud in Africa - which not only _SUCKS_ - but - no one wants to step in and help ..

Yes I scanned and emailed the 221g to my husband that very day

Words matter. When the words of the petitioner are absent, well, we all know what's going on.

#Fraud . . .

IMO, the Vice-Consul saved the Petitioner a round o pain. You know that, dWheels. Pain Sucks, and not in a good way. 5 years of Nigerian reports - lets transmorgify them all to Ghana - same crup, different country, same rules for fraud.

or answering the questions.

Point-of-View matters, really.

Fraud??? Explain yourseld further please

Fraud??? Explain yourself further please

You have said why the visa was refused, nothing more to say.

What are the dates, you mentioned a big age difference, what are you ages, you said you got married quickly, how quickly, how mcuh time have you spent together?

OP, you're posting a lot of "quotes without a reply," which clutter the thread and have been removed. If you're replying to a message, hit "reply" once and type above or preferably below the quote-box. Thanks.
