Hi guys,

My fiance just had his interview last tuesday, August 4. He thinks he passed the interview, however they didn't told him if he passed or fail.

They took his passport and they just wished him goodluck on our process.

I've been checking the visa status on CEAC and since August 4, it's status is READY, also the passport is still at the Embassy.

Is there still chance that he might be denied for a visa?

If 221g, would they tell you one the spot or will they send you letter together with the passport?

Please enlighten me.

Thank you everyone.

It means he was approved. Did he get a yellow letter? If so, then that means it is under admin review and they require further evidence/some documents missing. Otherwise if they gave him nothing and kept his passport - you're approved!

If he was denied - the would not have kept his passport..... They would have given him a letter saying why he was denied. Pretty sure he was approved.

And so is his visa.

Only if he joins ISIS.

If 221g, would they tell you one the spot or will they send you letter together with the passport?

On the spot. He's approved.

Please enlighten me.

Get ready, your life is going to change!!

Thank you everyone.
