This is pretty urgent!

I filed my mom's paper work and she finally has an interview on the 6th of next month, but she needed to go to a different interview a week before the Visa interview in order to get her fingerprint recorded on the system and she needs the DS-260 confirmation page but when I looked on my E-mail it wasn't there (definitely my mistake) and then I tried to get it from CEAC but it doesn't allow me to see the confirmation page, does anyone has a solution for this problem?

I called the NVC but they said that they can't do anything since the case is being processed abroad and when I called the one in my home country they said that they can't do anything either...

Fill out another one and bring it to the interview.

I've been trying to do it, but I haven't seen any indication of that being possible and If it is, can you or anyone walk me through it?

I may have spoken out of place, the DS-160 is really easy to redo. I'm not sure how to go about it for the DS-260.....but I'll search until someone else comes along with an answer.

Oh I see! I'll just have to keep looking, but thank you.

Hi,

Go here, https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and enter her case number and invoice number, then select who you are (petitioner, beneficiary, etc).

Once you are in the page it will show you all the statuses for the following forms D260, D261 and AOS.

If your fee statuses show up as PAID, click on it, it will take you to a summary with both the IV and AOS payment statuses, then select they one that interest you, in your this case you want the D260 IV Fee. Scroll to the bottom of the page, there will be an option to print out or email the receipt and instructions.

Good luck!

For futures references - the only way you can fix this problem is by calling the consulate that is handling your case and asking them to reopen the Form DS-260 for you.

This problem occurred because I didn't quite submit the form (which I strongly believe I did). It took them two weeks to reopen it and to my bad luck it got unlocked a day after the interview so we had to reschedule another one that might take month or so to be available.

Thanks to all of you for your response!

At the Summary page you have to click on COMPLETED for IV Application. Then go through the review of the form and at the end you can print or email the confirmation page. You will not see the confirmation page if you click on PAID

Yes.. you'll first be taking this printed confirmation sheet to your biometrics appointment, where (from what I've read on threads) it will be stamped as proof of your biometrics compliance. You will subsequently carry it along with the rest of your documents to the interview.
