06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

End-Friday end-report, read to end man:

Easily made POTS quota, whee man.

So easy to satisfy so many disgruntled Ontarklar ex-customers, glee man.

Did so well that we left the office early, cut out man.

Surprisingly acceptable casa-ward commute, few turtles no tickets man.

Picked up free rolls (of bakery sort) from Mama T-B., senior she man.

Got ready to mow lawn, back to schedule man.

Lawnmower wouldn't start, loose cables man.

Re-placed a loose clip, diagnosis of problem man.

Got wire from neighbor, helpful he man.

Most of yards in unneed of mowing, no rain all month man.

However, some areas lushly in need, lush man.

Mowed entire yards, perfectionist man.

Looks damned good, if we say so ourself man.

Have not sweated this much since probably last summer, Many degrees man.

Have drunk 2+ bottles of Gatorade, slurp man.

No time for nap, drat man.

Ate afore-described dinner, cooked by Tiff Mrs. T-B. she man.

Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. returned from play-date with little amigo, she and wee man.

Mini-B. out like light, zzz wee man.

Mrs. T-B. wants to practice reading English, must satisfy desires she man.

Cut through this yesterday to make a new driveway......

and had 20 tons of shale delivered, it's going to need another 40 tons, and then a crusher run to go on top of it.....
