Just trying to see the easiest way to bring my wife's aunt from the Philippines to thee USA. I been told non immediate family is hard to do. But was also told I could apply her as a housekeeper or maid. Being that my wife's aunt raised her instead of her parents, she would like to have her here.

Any help is greatly helpful.

You would have to prove that there is no person in the US that you could hire as a housekeeper and pay her the full wages to bring her ( it basically won't happen ) For a family petition , when your wife is a USC she can apply for the parent that is a sibling to the aunt, ( about 1 year after filing ) when that parent becomes a USC ( +5 years ) they can apply for a sibling petition ( +24 years) so the shortest time would be about 30 years to get a visa.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
