After checking the USCIS status everyday, finally saw a change for a RFE date 8/6/2015. I triple checked everything before sending the I-129F out so not 100% sure what it could be. The only thing I think it might be is that I met my fiancee on www.chineselovelinks.com and it appears that website changed their address www.chinesecupids.com I wonder if that might have messed things out. No idea what the RFE is until getting in the mail.

Does anyone know if I call them, they would give me the information over the phone?

You're lucky you received an rfe. Our case has been 51 days since noa1 and still have no response. Called uscis several time and spoke to tier 1 officer and they didnt give any info. I am so frustrated already.

Hey we have the same NOA2! our NOA1 was 2 weeks earlier than y`alls though! We called in the beginning of the week and they hadn`t received it yet. We had planned on calling back but I wanted my american fiance to do that and he`s been at work wednesday thursday and today so he`s calling them hopefully on Monday! I really hope our case has been received by then!!

You guys are not alone?

I'm still waiting ???

54 days since my NOA1 date ??

My NOA1 date is July 16

Don`t lose hope you`ll get there! Maybe double check your i-129F package to see if something went wrong there and prepare for a possible rfe? Or start gathering stuff for your packet 3 :) I started doing those to keep my mind happy during my wait I feel like it helped, it gave me a feeling I was just a little bit in control, in a way, and it calmed down my nerves.

You mean June though right?

You already got your case number. No need to wait for the packet to arrive. In Manila Embassy it is different. Visit the Manila embassy website. You can already have your medical and schedule an interview.
