On my husband's I 864, in part 6, does he need to put both parent's name?

when it says to list anyone your counting in your household yes person 1 - moms name, mom her current income so look on the w2s for his parents and see what they make separately then person two - dads name, dad and so on .

Hello guys!!!...I really need your help asap...I am still confuse.My husband is my petitioner(I-864). My husband living together with his parents. We are using a co- sponsor which is his dad(I-864A). His parents are filing taxes jointly. I am still confuse what forms do they need to fill out. Can anyone help me please?...

Please tell me if these forms are accurate for them:

I-864----Petitioner (my husband)

I-864A----Co- Sponsor ( his dad) ==== contract between my husband and dad

I-864A-----Spouse of co-sponsor (his mom) ===== contract between dad and mom OR contract between mom and my husband?????

Please enlioghten me..

I rather would suggest:

Petitioner: I-864

His dad: I-864

His mother: I-864A

my own case isnt completed yet, i plan to call on monday but i will probably call tomorrow again lol

Just checked NVC website, looks like the error resolved partially, its showing my name in IV fee section, but as Not paid , i've sent the payment via mail and they received it. Called NVC just now they also confirmed it. But the nice old lady told me to wait for 10 days, but she thinks it will get resolved before that, incase if its not happening i need to call the alternate no. provided in the NVC site.

don -- i called on my 30th day ( After SD ) and they told me case was complete. On June 2nd 1130 pm EST time i called to find out when i will get my Case complete email they Rep name Sofia ( she is a sweet heart ) told she had actually good news for me. They just schdule my interview on that day. She told me i should get all email ( case complete and Interview letter ) in 10 days . if not then she asked me to call them again . Be honest with you i wasn't expecting interview schedule that quick . so let's see

same thing happen to me this morning, guy told me the first step was fixing this then they have to go back through everyone that mailed the fee in a put it in within this 10 days as well .

My case was reviewed (checklist - no good news). Scan date was May 4, so they are at about 30 days exactly. Good luck to everyone else who is waiting!

I HAVE A QUESTION, PLEASE HELP!

NVC completed my case yesterday Morning and Yesterday Afternoon NVC started scheduling interview for Dominican Republic which is my country. I called this morning and the rep said Your case is still waiting for an interview to be scheduled cuz it was just completed yesterday.

They just started yesterday,dou think I will have my interview scheduled for July ?

apparently they are unlocking the problem manually for each applicant ?!

and it seems like the people who just mailed their IV fee a few days have the payment unlocked online aready, whereas people who mailed the IV fee a few weeks ago are still waiting.

Lol, I know right! That's how it comes across....

And nooooo! R u kidding! How do you get the idea that recent IV bill payers are getting thru to the next step?

I called and the rep told me they haven't reviewed my DS-260 form yet because they are "backed-up"

I turned that in May 4th . so is it 30 business days or 30 days??
