Mark, all of our I751 stuff came from Laguna Niguel, CA. Did you sign up for text alerts? I get text and email alerts when the case status is updated.

I did but I haven't had anything come through whatsoever. The automated phone line and website says Case Received still.I guess this must be something else since it's definitely not Laguna Niguel

He should be OK to travel with his soon to expire GC and his extension letter especially after completing his biometrics which would probably be sometime next month!

I had to back track and found VSC is still processing applications from March 2015

Please add my approval!!! This was for I-751 Divorce waiver approval (no interview needed!). Just got the text/email saying card in production!

Date of I-751...NOA1 Date....Biometrics.....Approved

06/19/2015 06/22/2015 07/24/2015 12/9/2015

Congratulations!
