It is good news that he was sentenced to death. Hopefully this will give the victims family a sliver of justice. The death penalty should be used in all states. It provides justice for the victims and once the sentence is carried out, they know he/she will never commit another crime upon anyone.

The death penalty also provides many plea bargains where the murderer confess/reveals details to avoid the death penalty. It always amazes me that people would much rather spend the rest of their life in prison…and die there…then just take the death penalty.
