You ARE required to demonstrate that you are in a valid and legitimate marriage and that you are living with your spouse in order to apply under the 3 year rule. You don't need to send all that stuff

Hi,I'm in NYC and I'm still waiting on oath letter also. My online status is still saying "interview scheduled" although I had my interview in August. When was your interview?

they just updated mine online to say "oath scheduled". that im in line and should expect a notice/letter which includes oath details within 30 days

I had my interview in NY on August 20th as well and my status changed this AM to "oath ceremony will be scheduled"!

WoooooHooooo....that's awesome! Hopefully me and Klang78 are next

I had an interview in July, still waiting for the oath schedule.

I emailed and got the answer through email saying " pending to be scheduled for the next available oath ceremony in the court having jurisdiction over your location"

I am not sure what's that mean? Probably I requested to change my lastname, therefore they have to schedule a special oath ceremony and it takes forever????? ( FOREVER= that's how I feel.

I am traveling aboard next month so I don't know what to do????????

Any advice from anyone? Please..... :crying:

my online status changed to the same info as the email I got and the letter, the only difference is that they did not have the date of the oath like the letter did.

they just updated mine online to say "oath scheduled". that im in line and should expect a notice/letter which includes oath details within 30 days

I wonder if well be at the same ceremony since our interview was a day apart? :)
