Hi everybody my wife got accepted (case complete) april 8th. She is in Mexico. It has been over a month now and we have not heard any news or received any notices or messages on our interview date. It also does not say "ready" on the CEAC website . My question is, how long does it take for the interview date to be scheduled after being accepted at the nvc? Since she is in Mexico, the embassy probably has a lot of petitioners and maybe thats why it is taking a long time. But on this thread, i am seeing people receiving their interview date after a couple of weeks after "case complete". Does anyone know why it has been over a month and no interview date yet? Please respond !!!!

I am short of breath. 3 N/A's just now :dancing:

My scan date 3/30

Check list 4/23

New scan date 4/27

CC 5/13

Should I call them to verify? I would hate doing it. Better wait for an e-mail. We called the NVC 3 times in order to keep sane :D

Thank you all for tremendous help!!! You are the best! Best of luck to you!

Horahhh congrats! Updated

I dont know what the scan date is but they received my packet 2/17/15. They originally received my packet in 11-5-14 but I made a mistake and had to resend it. Anyway like i said im seeing people getting their interviews in a couple weeks.

Also , will my wife have to go to a service center to schedule the interview or will she just get the interview date in a message?

Ill just put in 2/17. NVC will sched your interview

Question!! Do they change something on the page after the CC? Still waiting for my package 4. Dont know where to track my dates..

Well as far as i know just the N/A on AOS fee

Woke up this morning to 3 N/As and was elated. Got home this evening to two checklist emails and am confused!

Currently on the phone with NVC, waiting...

In the interim:

(1) Got a checklist to submit the W2s of my petitioner and joint sponsor, BUT: (a) my petioner never got a W2 for 2014 since she never worked in the USA during that tax year, and (b) we DID submit the join sponsors W2 in the email!

What's even more confusing, is that in the checklist email, is says on one page to send in the missing documents, and then on another, to just send it to me (the applicant) to bring to the interview.

(2) Got a checklist for a foreign police certificate, BUT: we DID send it in, complete with the translation, in the email!

What gives?!

NVC's case specialists are giving me the run around. I'm confuse as to why they are doin this. Two days ago, the specialist told me that my AOS/IV packages were reviewed and awaiting my DS-260 to be reviewed. Today, another specialist told me that the AOS/IV packages are not reviewed yet and that my case is escalated to supervisory reviewed. According to her, my case should have been reviewed a week or two ago. So now, my case in supervisory review. Hopefully, I should see a CC soon...
