So apparently we got a checklist and a CC... the letter came last night see the thumbnail. Hubby forgot to attach W2's with the returns..

Did you try calling and just saying right away you want to talk to a supervisor, that you've been trying to reach a supervisor for the past 10 days and they are never available ?

the same happened to my husband when he called I think 3 times the same day, every time a different answer and in the end a checklist from 3 weeks before that we hadnt received

Scan Date : 4th May 2015

My case was flagged for supervisor review on 22nd June and was told to wait for 42 days from 22nd June.

Last week my case was again flagged for supervisor review. Till today, my documents have not been reviewed yet. Again today they flagged my case for supervisor review.

Called today 3 times.

1st operator's reply : "Your i864 is missing, you need to send it again"

(i864 was already sent on 4th may, still the operator replied me this.)

i called again after 30 minutes,

2nd operator's reply : "Sir, you have a checklist. We have sent you the checklist email"

Me : but i have not yet received any email from NVC.

2nd operator's reply : "ok sir, i shall send the email again, you will get it within 7 business days"

i called again after 2 hours,

3rd operator's reply : "Sir, your documents have not been reviewed yet. We are still waiting to get it reviewed."

Me: ok...please send a note to the supervisor to review my documents as soon as possible bcoz its been already 71 days from my scan date but my docs have not been reviewed yet.

3rd operator's reply : "Sure Sir, i am going to send a note to the supervisor to review your docs as soon as possible"

Can you imagine, i have talked to 3 different operators today and got 3 different replies.......this is insane...........i am getting frustrated now

its been 71 days from my scan date, but still my documents have not been reviewed yet. don't know how NVC works.....they don't have a systematic process and moreover they have stupid operators answering our calls....

and ya, everytime i asked the operator to transfer the call to the supervisor but no supervisor was ever available when i called, so unfortunately i had to speak with the stupid operators..........

Hi, I just received a DS-260 and supporting documents checklist. However, I submitted all supporting documents 70 days ago and I filled out the DS-260 last Friday. Any thought on what I should do? is this a false checklist?

I would just call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Be very persistent. Good luck, I hope you have a case complete!!

For my part they sent us the checklist email the day after the phone call. I hope you receive that email soon

I just called the NVC. They said the ds260 checklist is automatically sent by the system when the ds260 hasn't been completed. Since I did complete it on Friday, I should disregard the checklist and wait for them to review my application and supporting documents.

Then tell them that you will stay on hold until one becomes available. Also, I have found that you will more likely to get a hold of one when you call late. I managed to speak to a supervisor when I called at 7pm PDT.

Congrats to you too. As we're both at the same Embassy, I too was surprised on how fast we got our dates. Good luck to you and your family's journey.

Looks like the US Embassies are on fire today with all the interviews being scheduled. Congrats to everyone. We've all come so far.
