Chances are it is approved. Only way to be certain though is to call the NVC. That is, unless you want to wait 1,2,3 or 4 weeks on an email that might or might not be sent to notify you of case completion.

hello guys, today NVC sent me an email and they wrote as following:

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

But i didn't receive 3N/A ? what does it mean?

This means that your case is completed and they will notify you of your interview.I received the same email in DEC of last year.My category is F2B ,what is yours?

Not every case complete will receive 3 N/A's on the CEAC site, however, if you do get 3 N/A's, it's a pretty good indication you're about to get good news.

I dont know about the good news just yet.My PD is 26 Oct,2009 and they are now working on 01 April,2009.I called NVC earlier today and they said they have not set up interview date for me as yet buy they are working with the Guyana embassy to get interview date.The CSR also said that they will inform us when they do.

Its kind of frustrating because when i checked from the month of October to now its moving by just a month.

December Visa Bulletin had them working on PD of March 2009, Current (JAN16) bulletin has them working on April 2009, based on that, it doesn't see, that your date will be current until ~October?

I checked our status today and saw aos updated from paid to n/a.my husband cant wait for tomorrow to confirm nvc..i hope its a good news.im hoping this means case complete

Am I right in thinking that i won''t know whether my case is complete until i see the EXEMPT turn to and N/A?

Guys, finally I get 3 n/a on our ceac. AOS changed to n/a today. But new n/a is not highlight as others 2 n/a. Is this normal? I read on this forum that 3 n/a means case complete right? If it is sooo I m sooo happy that I don't have to wait another crazy 60 days! Thanks! :)

Call NVC back to get your interview date.

Is your profile correct and you are a R1 Visa type?

N/A changes to PAID when you get an interview date.

I have added you to the spreadsheet but need your Visa type.

What Visa category are you? Not everyone gets 3 N/A's.
