She's worried about the sponsorship thing now.

Well the act won't give any information about that.

But she will have filled one out even if they used a co sponsor if she really did help him for his green card.

You CAN go to the lawyer that felt with this and request the documents you signed.

But will the old sponsorship affect the new one?

Hey there,

I suggest that you open a new thread with that question... yuo can make a link to reference this one for background.

I guess that way you the issue will be clarified and you will get more accurate info from people that can help you or had similar experiences.

Best of luck,

I would venture to guess yes because you are having to worry about 3 people versus two. She doesn't know who or where the lawyer is, or what papers she even signed.

OMG i was 21 years old living on my own being wild and carefree?! i didnt want to deal with any of that stuff. i just signed whatever was handed to me. i didnt last more than 9 months with him because i only knew him a month! i didnt know he wasnt a citizen. there is nothing strange about that?! how many people went through a wild child stage? i'm just being judged because this person i married spontanously so happened to NOT be a citizen. it happens.. i'm not the first incident.. look at vegas! i was at a different point in my life. i have been on my own now since i escaped living with him... it's been over 2 1/2 years now and i have grown so much. so what if have some bad comphrension skills here and there. I have been with my guy for 1 1/2 year visisted twice both a month at a time. i'm in love and happy. that's all there is too it. there is nothing the same about going down the same route. i can't even compare these two guys. day and night difference. thanks for the link form, i will keep it as an option, but i am speaking to another woman who has gone through what i have and seeing what her outcome is going.

And I told you already the G-639 doesn't say anything, it's a request form. I even linked to it for you.

Moot point but if you already it was high fraud then why did you ask this?....

what does OP mean? what high fraud consulate? and confusing past? I didn't pay any attention to this stuff when i got married? what is wrong with my case? I just need to know whether or not to put unknown or wait for the alien #. and im asking since two people have said for whatever reason im my exes sponsor, WOULD THAT info be in the G-639? how in the world would i even find that out? nothing in complicated about this. i just have a few questions and that's it.
