Over two weeks and still waiting for Biometrics letter!!! I'm definitely doing an early walk-in as soon as it comes!

An advice given to me by the security guard for a successful walk in. Come in the afternoon, just like I did. I was there around 2pm, and literally the only person there so they accommodated my walk in. The guard said if the queue is long (especially in the morning), he has no choice but to ask the applicant to come back on the scheduled date. Goodluck :)

I don't want to keep harping on this, but according to your profile, you are adjusting from an F1. If that's correct, you're in the wrong sub-forum. We are all adjusting from K1s and our process/timeline is different to yours.

The April AOS from Work, Student, and Tourist visas is here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/543464-april-2015-filers/

And FWIW, I looked over there and it looks like it takes a month to get biometrics. Good luck.

Thanks for that. I don't know if you'd mentioned this before but if so, I never saw the comment. Thanks for the information and link.

Goodluck to you all.

My packet was received already in Chicago. How long does it take usually for them to text me for a notification that they received it? based on your experiences? Thanks a lot.

I submitted it 4/21/15 and they received it 4/23/15 according to UPS.

Thanks a lot

I haven't received any notices yet as of now. But I am being patient and just keeping myself busy to take this off my head. :D

Goodluck to us. Let us keep on updating each other.

Hey!

I could have sworn I already replied to this but can't seem to find it (or maybe I just haven't had enough coffee this morning).

Our case (AOS/EAD & AP) was received on the 17th, NOA1 on the 20th and we shortly received all three hardcopies. I guess now we're just waiting for a biometrics appointment.

Feels weird to be back to checking our case online and waiting for updates again :(
