Hi,

Some people have friends and family that will be co sponsors.

Some people don't have friends or family that can or will help. There are lots of people here with problems finding co sponsors.

If you don't have a co sponsor and one is needed (required), then the case gets denied for failing to meet the requirements.

I am curious, has anybody ever had trouble getting a co-sponsor? I would imagine so. Or not had a co-sponsor when when one was need. What happened. Are you automatically denied? Most likely, for failure to meet the visa program requirements.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

If you go to interview and requested to get a co-sponsor they give you a space of time (usually 1 year maybe less) to get one if you don't turn papers in by that time your case is denied and returned back to USCIS.

Sometimes it's hard to get a co-sponsor. If your income is too low, then you have no choice but to find a co-sponsor OR find a way to increase your income. It may be easier just getting a 2nd job.
