Michael had his K-1 Interview today, and was approved! He said he waited about an hour and a half before he was called in and the lady that interviewed him was super nice. He thinks she may have been new, because her supervisor stood behind her for the whole interview.

Wooo that was a huge relief! Now we can finish wedding details lol.

Congrats! Ours is coming up.

What did they ask?

They asked him how we met, when we met in person, if we've met each other's families. They asked when the wedding was, where it was and when was the last time we saw each other. He did tell them the church we're getting married in, but then also told them he was guilty of letting me plan most of it lol.

If you haven't saved the ds-160 as a file, than your file can be retrieve only into 30 days. If 30 days have passed , you can't retrieve anymore your application,

I'm not sure, but you can open a new file and complete in from the beginning ., it will not be a problem since you haven't click "SUBMIT" at the last page of the aplication

Good luck

Hi guys! I know this might sound strange but ever since my fiance got the visa and got the ticket, I have been excited and extremely nervous at the same time. I can't let one day pass without thinking of what if he doesn't like it here, what if he can't adjust, what if he'll feel lonely even if I do everything not to run into that problem. We haven't seen each oher for a while since we were waiting for the "6 month" fiance approval process so know I am even more anxious. Don't get me wrong, I am extremely happy to be with him, to show him around, to start building our family but I can't help myself but to feel anxious all the time. Sorry guys, I know this is not the place but just felt that this is the place that someone might understand. :) Thanks!

I totally understand you! I haven't seen him in almost a year, and now with less than 19 days, I am feeling the same. Excited, but nervous about all the what ifs like finding a job, etc. At least we'll be together to work through it :)

Hello everybody. My fiance is a Florida resident, but is currently living in Louisiana (working there, lives with his cousin) and is about to rent a place for us when I get there.

We were preparing affidavit of support yesterday and we put his Florida address in the form. Do any of you think we might get in trouble during the interview because he actually lives outside his state of residence?
