You mentioned having a little ceremony there after the k1 is approved but before she comes here. Be careful of that, if immigration finds out/decides/views that as a marriage the K1 would be void and she would not be allowed in the U.S. because they will deem her as married.

She is actually my first cousin's cousin. As her mom is related to my first cousin's dad.

Not sure if that is a close within family according to the US.

We have no pictures besides the consistent nonstop whatsapp messages and skype calls from 5 months now.

She is your first cousin's cousin, meaning on the other side of the family? The cousin concerns and rules come about due to blood relations being too close and causing problems due to that. If she is your first cousin's cousin that means she's removed from the same bloodline no? YOUR cousin's dad... is that your mom or dad's brother? or is your cousin's dad married to you mom or dad's sister or brother? Gosh this gets confusing!

You don't want to go to India.

Your only proof are chat logs.

You cant be in any photos with her.

Your family doesn't want you to meet her in a third country.

Sounds like a weak petition to me. You need to gather courage and go to India. You love this girl right? So go be with her. I'm sure she or her family won't let anything happen to you. Someone's gotta budge and with all your hurdles, the only person you can control in all this is YOURSELF.

You cannot be related in most states, if related. check your state laws.

Also, you must be able to prove relationship to USCIS, and must have met "face to face" within last two years.

And with 3 petitions, YOUR PROOF had better be very, very good.

That is what my mother suggests to do it the proper way and go out there, get married and then I'll be able to take pictures. Once I'm back I can then apply for i130. But I would hate to go back no matter if its a gold mine out there. Sorry just love being here.

I understand you love it here. But you are talking like if you go to India you'll be trapped and never allowed to leave. It's just a matter of going to India, getting married, document everything with photos, family, get it registered, etc etc., come back home. I'm not understanding your hesitation. What's the issue?? I'm about to make my 8th trip to India --- I don't see it as unsafe and I quite enjoy it there. :huh:
