I should call NVC and check first is case completed or not. so if not I'll tell them that my wife delivered the baby.

If my case is not completed yet I've to send birth certificate for the baby and I don't know what else. but i'll not be in June Interview in that case

Thank you kmohaseb, why don't you ask NVC if your wife can take the birth certificate to the interview, if it were me I would push for anything that would not reset my scan date to another 60 days, we have been waiting for too long. If they insist, then you can send it to them, just try to ask, it would not hurt. Am hoping I get case competed soon so as not to miss June interview. Good luck.

I still don't have any update, been calling everyday

Soonest you would get an update am hoping it gets reviewed today, but what do they say each time you call? Soonest you would hear something. Cheers.

i always got the 45days speech.

It always pains me to wait for 30 mins or more only to hear someone read from the script and tell me what I already know. Why don't they emphasize on we are working to reduce the processing time which is what is applicable now. I pray you get reviewed soonest. Hang in there, soonest this would be over.

I was finally able to pay my IV Fee. Checklist came before I could even complete my DS-260. Funny how not paying for my DS-260 became part of my checklist. Their fault for not giving me the invoice ASAP. Waited for almost 2 months for that.

10-07-2013: USCIS Received I-130 (CSC)/ Priority Date

10-28-2013: Received RFE (NSO Marriage Certificate Copy)

11-06-2013: Sent RFE

11-08-2013: RFE Received by USCIS

11-19-2013: I-130 Approved (Processing Time: 43 days) :dancing:

11-25-2013 NOA 2 Hard Copy Received

10-03-2014: Applied for tourist visa (B1/B2)

10-21-2014: US Embassy Interview in Manila (Approved) :yes:

10-25-2014: Received Passport with US Tourist Visa (Granted 10 years Multiple Entry) :dance:

What's your scan date? Do you have a Cc yet? Am praying my checklist gets reviewed ASAP. If am current for June, I really do want to miss been scheduled for June interview, do you know if NVC schedule interviews through the month for F2A, or is it only end of the month and beginning of the month.
