Good news, they just told me that TSC will be shut down and transformed into a Candy Crush Rehab facility. All case files will be moved to the International Space Station for further review.

New telephone service offered by USCIS. The most inexpensive way to talk to your loved ones while waiting through the immigration process.

Cheap, affordable and no connection fees.

You have an noa2 and interview and visa bro. I'm coming up on 300 days and not even have an noa2 yet. They are about to go over normal processing time again on my rfe. TSC is just totally incompetant.

Maybe we should take advantage of Ted Cruz recent bid for president and see if he can/will do anything about my state of Texas!?! Get TSC working again! Do they work on K-1's every other week?

Yeah I wouldn't expect much from Cruz's office. I spoke with the "immigration liason" there directly a couple of months ago. Couldn't believe what I heard. She made argument that was counterintuitive and illogical. She defended the USCIS and the TSC vehemently and told me that all of our VJ data was incorrect. She said that the I-129F CSC filers who reported quick processing times were lying. Did you hear that CSC filers??!?!?!?!?? You're nothing but a bunch of liars according to those in power. Anyway, it was a horrible experience and one that I care not to repeat. I ended the conversation prior to asking the bulk of the questions that I had prepared because of her poor conduct and attitude.

Don't get me started. LOL

I wasn't advocating Cruz; I was hoping to use his campaign as an opportunity to shame his people to do something for TSC. I think I read a similar experience to yours, av8or1. I got angry when I read that post too because the senators are supposed to work for their constituents, not defend the government. They are supposed to actually put in a little bit of effort when you ask for help, not ignore your request entirely!

It's a shame that legal immigration is treated just as badly as if it were illegal immigration! Oy vey!

Oh I know, I wasn't saying that you were advocating him. I was just saying that he wouldn't be of any help, either through direct appeal or a shame tactic or any other means. LOL
